The International Conference on
Globalizing Regulatory and Business Environments
(GRBE 2023)

The International Conference on Globalizing Regulatory and Business Environments (GRBE 2023) organized by the cooperation between the School of Economics and Law (SEL) of Tra Vinh University, Vietnam and the Law Department of the Business School of the Stavanger University (UiS), Norway. GRBE is a forum for researchers, lecturers, graduate students of Tra Vinh University, domestic and foreign lecturers, researchers, and scientists to share research results and experience on business and law related topics in a cross-cultural and multi-perspective environment. Emphasis will be placed on topics of shared importance to both Vietnam and foreign jurisdictions, and thereby a contrast of perspective and approach can be presented while also connecting and motivating scientific activities to enhance the quality of education as well as an opportunity for lecturers, researchers, and graduate students to publish scientific research results internationally.
The conference will be organized in Tra Vinh University, Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam, focusing on all areas of international economics and law as follows
